Effective project monitoring and coordination will be ensured via the Project management activities and the Project management structure which consists of a Project Coordinator, a Scientific and Innovation Manager, WP Leaders, and an Advisory Board. In order to ensure the maximum independence for the ERA Chair, the ERA Chair holder will be the Scientific and Innovation manager and therefore will manage all t scientific aspects of the project. The ERA Chair holder will then provide his/her team with the leadership of the different WPs.
